Orders

Orders can be placed by Email, Post or Fax. All Orders will be acknowledged by Email within 24hrs with anticipated despatch date.

Prices

Prices quoted include free delivery within the UK mainland. Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland and all other Offshore Islands will incur additional charges to be confirmed at the time of order. Every effort has been made to ensure prices quoted are correct, but in the event of error the company reserves the right to amend as necessary. Please note any order under £100 will be subject to a handling charge of £5.

Kebrico goods and services are subject to VAT, which will be charged at the appropriate rate at the time of despatch.

Point Of Delivery

Standard Road Haulage Conditions apply to deliveries. It is important to note haulier’s responsibility is to deliver to a single ground floor location only. Additional requirements must be requested at the time of placement of the order, and increased charges will be likely.

Any visible damage to any carton on arrival must be stated on the driver’s delivery notes. Goods should be inspected within 24 hours of delivery and any damages or shortages reported to Kebrico Ltd immediately. 

In the unfortunate event of damage Kebrico will determine the quickest and most effective course of action to rectify, most commonly forwarding replacement components or fittings within 2/3 days.

Returned Goods

In exceptional circumstances, where goods have to be returned for credit or replacement, they must be in their original packaging, protected internally as when supplied. Failure to comply with the above may result in credit being refused.

Orders placed in error, or goods unwanted after delivery will be considered for return to Kebrico, but costs associated with delivery/collection and re-stocking will be charged. These costs will need to be agreed in writing prior to goods being accepted for return.
